Important Reservation Rules

A reservation deposit of €7.00 per table is required to secure your booking. This amount will be fully deducted from your final bill.
Children Policy: To maintain a calm and adult-focused dining atmosphere, children under 10 years old are not allowed in the restaurant after 7:00 PM.

Orders & Cancellations

  • • Once an order is confirmed and preparation has started, cancellations are not accepted.

At TOMIK, we value quality food, genuine hospitality, and mutual respect. We are a dedicated restaurant and snack-bar environment, focused on providing a high-quality dining experience.

Strict Laptop & Remote Work Policy

TOMIK is a dining restaurant, NOT an internet café or coworking space. The open use of laptops, computers, and remote working equipment at dining tables is strictly prohibited.

  • Guests requiring a table specifically for working with a laptop will be charged a workspace fee of €25.00 per hour.
  • Workspace tables must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Fair Use & Dining Policy:

  • • We are a restaurant/café, not a coworking or meeting space.
  • • Tables are reserved strictly for guests who are actively dining or consuming drinks.
  • • We reserve the right to limit table time during busy periods to ensure availability for all guests.
  • • A minimum consumption policy may apply for extended stays.

Management reserves the right to ask guests to vacate a table or close laptops immediately in accordance with these policies.

Intellectual Property & Legal Notice

All content on this website, including menu items, recipes, descriptions, design, and photographs, is protected by Portuguese and EU copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, photography for commercial use, or imitation of our menu is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal proceedings.

Personal photographs of the menu are allowed for private use only and must not be shared publicly or with competitors.

Ordering & Reservation Policy

Phone Orders & Reservations

We do not accept phone orders or last-minute reservations. Small phone orders (up to the value of two burgers) without prepayment are strictly reserved for established, well-known regular customers only. All other guests must use our online booking and pre-ordering system.

Cakes & Special Orders

Must be pre-paid via the website and ordered at least 3 days in advance.

Table Reservations

  • Daytime reservations (until 16:00) can be made by phone without a deposit.
  • For Friday nights (after 18:00) and weekends: a deposit of €25 per table is required (€75 for groups of 8 people on Sundays).
  • The deposit amount is deducted from the final bill and is refundable if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Reservation Duration

All reservations have a 90-minute (1.5 hours) time limit.

Grace Period

Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes. Delays beyond this may result in the release of the table.

Large Groups

Reservations for 12 or more people require the selection of a pre-defined set group menu.

Cancellations

  • • Up to 6 people: at least 48 hours notice
  • • Larger groups: at least 4 days notice
  • • Late cancellations or no-shows: €25 fee (non-refundable deposit)

Gluten-Free & Dietary Notice

TOMIK is not a 100% gluten-free or dedicated celiac kitchen. While we offer carefully prepared gluten-free options, cross-contamination can occur as we handle regular ingredients on-site. Guests with severe medical celiac disease or life-threatening allergies accept that we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. All gluten-free or special dietary bookings and pre-orders must be made online in advance.

Right to Refuse Service

As a private establishment, TOMIK reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to vacate a table for the following reasons:

  • • Use of the premises for coworking, meetings, or non-dining activities
  • • Occupying a table without active consumption
  • • Rude or disruptive behavior toward staff or other customers
  • • Racist comments, hate speech, or drug-related behavior
  • • Excessive noise or unsupervised children disturbing others
  • • Bringing outside food or drinks
  • • Mistreatment of staff or failure to comply with house policy

TOMIK Loyalty Program

Simple, fair, and truly rewarding.
Spend over €43 and automatically receive a €3 loyalty code for your next visit (valid for 28 days).

Online Ordering & Payments

Payment Platform: Stripe (secure, accepts VISA & MASTERCARD in EUR only).

Currency Conversion: Payments requiring currency conversion are automatically declined. No physical Multibanco terminals on site.

Minimum card payment: €37. Orders below €37 can only be paid in cash.

Inside the restaurant: Cash only for dine-in and Takeaway.
