Do you guarantee 100% allergen-free or zero cross-contamination options?
No. We operate a full working kitchen, not a specialized cleanroom laboratory. While we take food safety seriously and accommodate dietary preferences where possible, trace elements of nuts, seeds, gluten, and other allergens are present in our kitchen. If you have a severe, life-threatening allergy or follow a strict dietary trend requiring clinical isolation, we kindly ask you to contact us well in advance or take appropriate precautions.
Is your food Halal or Kosher certified?
No. We are a traditional international and European restaurant. Our menu proudly features pork, bacon, quality beef, and dishes cooked with wine and local ingredients. We do not offer Halal or Kosher certified meats or preparation areas.
How do Gluten-Free & Celiac pre-orders work?
To guarantee absolute kitchen safety and prevent cross-contamination, specialized diet orders are handled exclusively online. Please book at least 3 days in advance and pre-order your meals directly through our platform.
How do I book a table at TOMIK?
All table reservations are managed directly through our online booking engine to ensure your table is fully prepared prior to your arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA & MasterCard in EUR via secure online Stripe Checkout. To keep processing seamless and transparent, payments requiring foreign currency conversion are automatically declined.
What is the Digital Waiter?
Our proprietary Digital Waiter lets you browse full menu details, place direct table orders, and manage service requests straight from your phone for maximum speed and convenience.
Do you offer Meal Pre-Orders & Delivery?
Yes! Meal pre-orders are available for both Dine-In and Takeaway. Local delivery service is offered exclusively to our registered community members.
Can I send a Gift Card to a friend?
Yes! Registered members can easily create, personalize, and send digital gift vouchers to friends and family directly from their account dashboard.
How do Member order rewards work?
Registered members collect 5 discount vouchers worth 3.00 EUR each on qualifying orders over 43.00 EUR paid in cash, applied toward future dining visits.
Is there a special discount on Takeaway?
Registered members automatically enjoy a 0.50 EUR discount on every main dish for takeaway orders totaling 37.00 EUR or more.
How do you handle Cross-Contamination?
Safety is our top priority. Head Chef & Co-Owner Tatiana personally oversees strict kitchen safety protocols, dedicated prep zones, and thorough allergen controls for every order.

How does the TOMIK Loyalty Program work?
Simple, transparent rewards: spending over 43.00 EUR generates a 3.00 EUR loyalty credit valid for 28 days on your next visit. Genuine visits equal real savings.

Walk-in seating depends on real-time table availability and safety compliance so that seated guests are never crowded.
Kitchen Hours & Last Call
Our kitchen completes final food orders 30 minutes before official closing time to allow our culinary team time to close down operations thoroughly.
Group Seating Courtesy
To keep dining areas calm, all group members seated at tables should be participating in the dining experience.
Hygiene Standards
